Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Nudish, a recipe discovery and meal planning service operated by RedNorth ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using Nudish, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Nudish helps you discover recipes, track pantry ingredients, log meals, and plan weekly menus. The service is available in two tiers: a free tier and a paid Pro tier. Features available in each tier are described on the pricing page.

2. Accounts

You must be 16 years of age or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@nudish.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Pro subscription

The Pro tier is a recurring subscription billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain Pro access until then. You may reverse a cancellation from the same place before that period ends, at no additional charge. Payment methods and invoices are managed through Stripe's billing portal, which you can reach from your account settings. We do not offer partial-period refunds except where required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from Nudish at scale.
Use the service to distribute spam or unsolicited messages.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Nutritional information

Nutritional data on Nudish is sourced from the USDA FoodData Central database and is provided for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional nutritional or medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes, especially if you have a medical condition or specific health goals.

6. Recipe content

Recipes on Nudish are curated by our team or contributed by users. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that any recipe is suitable for your specific dietary needs, allergies, or health conditions. You are responsible for verifying that a recipe is appropriate for you before preparing it.

7. Intellectual property

The Nudish name, logo, and original content are the property of RedNorth. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without our written permission. Recipe content attributed to third parties remains the property of the respective rights holders; attribution is displayed on the relevant recipe page.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nudish is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Nudish after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within the European Union.
