Greek Yogurt with Figs

Whole milk Greek yogurt topped with quartered figs, chopped walnuts, honey and a dusting of cinnamon. Use figs that give slightly when pressed.

Fresh figs are the point, so choose ones that are soft and heavy for their size; a firm fig tastes of little against the yogurt. Out of season, use 2 dried figs, sliced thin. Nonfat Greek yogurt works, but the bowl is less rich; whole milk yogurt carries the honey and walnuts better.
